Registration Information:

 

  • Conference registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • The APLA members registration fee applies to both full and associate APLA members.
  • Registration is transferable within the same organization at no cost.
  • Bank transfer fees are to be paid by the delegates' organisation.
  • Acceptance of registration submitted by non-APLA members and non-WLA members is subject to the approval of the Asia Pacific Lottery Association. In case of rejection, all payments will be refunded.
  • In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the registration office.
  • Cancellation requiring refund is subject to US$30 administration fee.

  • No refund if cancellation is made after 9 October 2009.

  • Commission / telegraphic transer fees for bank remittance is on the remitter's account. The registration office will need to receive the invoiced amount in full.
  • Please write the name of the conference participant covered by the payment in the REFERENCE column of the remittance form. If the payment covers multiple conference participants, please use the organisation's name.

Visa Requirements

Visitors from some countries may be required to obtain a visa before they can attend the conference.  Click here for the list of visa-free countries.  If your country is not on this list, you will need to apply for a visa.  New Zealand Immigration provides information on how to apply, and you will also need to contact conference organisers at apla09@nzlotteries.co.nz for an official letter of invitation which must be submitted with your application.
